Andy Krotik - Realtor

Andy Krotik has been a licensed Realtor since 1989. Over the course of his career he has received many awards as a consistent Million Dollar producer. To date he has closed over $225 Million Dollars in Sales.

Andy specializes in Land Acquisitions, New Home Sales, Resales, and Property Development. He has managed several New Home Tracts over the years.

In addition to his Sales activity, he is also the Manager of Coldwell Banker Gonella Realty in Atwater. His duties include overseeing a support staff of 6, and over 30 licensed Realtors.

Andy serves his clients with the help of two full time assistants, Lori Button, and Shelly Farris.

Community Service
Giving back to the community is very important to both Andy and Gonella Realty. Andy has been involved in several community projects. In early 2005 Andy personally raised over $25,000 to pay for an embedded crosswalk to be installed at the corner of Grove & First Street in Atwater where a young girl was killed in 2005. Gonella Realty also sponsors several community sports teams, Miss Atwater, and some charity groups.

While Andy served on the Atwater City Council, Andy earned a reputation for being a Public Safety Advocate. He led the fight to start up Atwater’s first Gang Task Force, Atwater’s first Sub Station at Ralston Park, and perhaps his biggest accomplishment, getting the Avenue Two Fire Station Built. City Manager Greg Wellman calls him "The Champion of Public Safety".

Recreation
When not working Andy enjoys spending time on the California Delta where he owns a small Marina. Water is clearly therapy for Andy and his family. He and his two Children are certified open water scuba divers. Caribbean Trips to warm waters are frequent. They also enjoy spending time riding quads in Pismo Beach, and camping on the coast. Andy has also been known to try sky diving, and bungee jumping. According to Andy, Life shouldn’t be boring. It appears, it isn’t.
